I met with an apprentice this week who told me that she already had all the tools she needed for work thanks to the tooth fairy and generous employer. She asked if she could leave all her incentives until she completed her apprenticeship to get her $5500 as a lump sum.
A timely reminder that you have to claim your Tools For The Trade within 12 months of it being due.
While most of us don't have a Tooth Fairy to help with tools - it does often surprise me how many apprentices…
